TheĀ RecuperativeĀ CareĀ ProgramĀ (RCC)Ā isĀ aĀ medicalĀ respiteĀ shelterĀ programĀ forĀ singleĀ adultsĀ whoĀ areĀ dischargedĀ fromĀ aĀ hospital,Ā emergencyĀ room,Ā orĀ otherĀ healthĀ facilityĀ andĀ areĀ experiencingĀ homelessnessĀ whileĀ followingĀ anĀ ongoingĀ care/treatmentĀ plan.Ā TheĀ RCCĀ isĀ hiringĀ forĀ aĀ CaseĀ ManagerĀ II,Ā whichĀ isĀ theĀ journeyĀ levelĀ classĀ andĀ isĀ expectedĀ toĀ workĀ withĀ aĀ minimumĀ amountĀ ofĀ supervision.Ā IncumbentsĀ areĀ requiredĀ toĀ useĀ assessment,Ā interviewing,Ā andĀ counselingĀ skillsĀ toĀ performĀ moderateĀ toĀ complexĀ caseworkĀ services.

āSupportĀ theĀ ProgramĀ ManagerĀ inĀ enforcingĀ andĀ maintainingĀ campusĀ andĀ shelter policy.
āSupportĀ theĀ DirectĀ ServicesĀ TeamĀ inĀ facilitatingĀ dayĀ services,Ā shelterĀ programs,Ā andĀ additionalĀ services.
