JOB SUMMARY:  
Inspect, verify, and evaluate real estate and chattel collateral. Associate will provide independent objective evaluation (value) of collateral. Assess, monitor, maintain, and assist in sale of repossessed assets and bank-owned real estate. Assist and coordinate liquidation and collection efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
a.    Inspect real estate (Commercial, Residential and Agricultural) for “In House” evaluations.
b.    Analyze information provided and research other pertinent information for “Desk Top In House Evaluations”.     
c.    Prepare and distribute “In House” evaluations and explain conclusions to associates.    
d.    Research and compile real estate sales records and other available information for evaluations.    
e.    Inspect and evaluate OREO real estate.    
f.    Assess and maintain condition of repossessed assets and bank-owned real estate.
g.    Provide assistance and coordination to loan officers in liquidation and collection efforts, including sale of repossessed assets and bank-owned real estate.     
h.    Perform annual on-site inspections on commercial and ag lending customers.
i.    Inspect and Value equipment (farm, construction & specialty), for “In House” equipment evaluations.  
j.    Other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
1.     Good knowledge of or experience in the Residential/Ag/Commercial real estate markets.
2.     General knowledge of construction materials and costs.
3.     Basic knowledge of crop/livestock production including irrigated and dry land crop and all phases of livestock operations (cow-calf to feedlot).
4.     Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
5.     Valid drivers’ license.

Physical Requirements:
Light Work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
