This role combines exceptional customer service with staff development, operational support, and compliance oversight to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with account openings, maintenance, and service-related inquiries. Supervise, train, and support Customer Service Representatives. Resolve customer concerns and assist with non-routine transactions. Support online banking services and research customer account issues. Monitor compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Manage vault operations and promote bank products through referrals. Maintain confidentiality and perform additional duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work scheduled shifts Monday - Friday. One to three years of banking, customer service, or related experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Knowledge of banking products, basic accounting principles, and operational procedures. Ability to exercise sound judgment, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
