JOB SUMMARY:  
Responsible for all duties related to post-closing mortgage loan files including, but not limited to stacking, uploading, shipping, and scanning loan documents to achieve successful funding of mortgage loans both in-house and secondary.  Responsible for maintaining files and preparing records/ reports as assigned. Work independently and be responsible for a wide variety of projects of a sensitive, confidential, and complex nature. Develop and complete projects with little or no direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
a.    Review, research, track, and verify closed mortgage loan documentation. Resolve problems and discrepancies on loan documents and advise appropriate personnel of corrective action. Verify officer and customer signatures completed.  Deliver in a timely manner a complete file to the appropriate secondary market investor or image in-house portfolio loans.  
b.    Monitor and satisfy conditions set by Secondary Market or In-House Portfolio Loans Investors to achieve purchase/image of loans in a timely manner.
c.    Monitor/Track/Deliver complete final documents including original notes, recorded mortgage/deeds of trust, final title policies for Secondary Market or In-House Portfolio Loans. 
d.    Assist w/other departments as needed including other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
1.    High School diploma or equivalent.
2.    Basic Computer skills (use of Microsoft Work & Excel). 
3.    Math aptitude.
4.    Processing and administrative skills.
5.    Time management skills. 
6.    Detail oriented. 

Physical Requirements:
Light Work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
