Review employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness.

Process payroll, ensuring accurate reporting of hours worked, deductions, and earnings.

Maintain payroll systems and ensure employee payroll data is up to date.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company payroll policies, including DOT regulations related to driver compensation.

Maintain payroll records, employee tax documents, and direct deposit information.

Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Assist managers and employees with payroll-related questions.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

1+ years of payroll processing experience preferred.

Experience in the transportation, logistics, or trucking industry is a plus.

Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
