Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health RN Manager to lead our nursing team and support high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a positive and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to behavioral health nursing staff
  • Oversee daily unit operations to ensure safe, patient-centered care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support treatment plans
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support staff development, training, and performance management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
  • 3–5 years of behavioral health experience, with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and best practices
