Overview
The Occupational Therapist assumes primary responsibility for evaluation of the patient, planning, implementing, supervising, reevaluating and changing the treatment program. The therapist maintains adequate records and documents the appropriate progress reports and patient education. The therapist supervises support staff and students as assigned
Qualifications
Education required: Graduate of AOTA accredited educational program for Occupational Therapists
License, Certification and/or registration: Must have current Alabama license. Must receive BCLS certification within orientation period. Prefer member of AOTA.
Additional skills/abilities: Must have excellent communication skills with the ability and willingness to work with all patients in a fast-paced environment
