POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a results-oriented Creative Director to lead and execute the creative vision for 10X Health while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact. This leader will bridge artistry and analytics, driving compelling creative that resonates with our audience, supports growth objectives, and elevates our brand presence across digital and experiential channels.

OBJECTIVES

Lead the creative team to produce high-performing campaigns across paid media, social, email, web, video, and experiential channels
Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with growth and engagement KPIs, including acquisition, retention, and revenue targets
Collaborate closely with growth marketing and analytics teams to optimize creative performance based on data insights
Oversee production of visual, written, and multimedia content that is on-brand, on-strategy, and optimized for conversion
Drive innovation by testing new creative approaches, formats, and messaging strategies to maximize ROI
Set and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency and differentiation across all marketing and product touchpoints
Mentor and develop creative talent, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and high performance

COMPETENCIES

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media, user acquisition, conversion optimization, and brand storytelling
Proven experience translating creative concepts into campaigns that drive measurable business results
Strong creative leadership skills with experience guiding designers, writers, and cross-functional partners
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative excellence that is both data-informed and results-driven
Passion for wellness, health, and performance optimization is a plus

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of creative leadership experience with a strong track record in performance-driven marketing
Experience in health, wellness, or similarly fast-moving industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
