About Creative Therapy Solution
Creative Therapy Solution is a BCBA-owned, women-owned, privately owned, and locally operated ABA provider. Our leadership team is close to the work, deeply invested in the people, and intentional about building a culture where clinicians and staff can thrive — not just get through the day.
We believe great care starts with supported people. That’s why we build strong systems, set clear expectations, and create space for collaboration and growth.

What sets CTS apart:
  • Clinician-led decision making: Our leaders understand the work because they’ve done the work.
  • Ethical, neurodivergent-affirming care: Not as a buzzword, but as a daily practice.
  • Strong systems over constant firefighting: We design processes that allow people to focus on meaningful work.
  • Real leadership access: Leadership is present, approachable, and accountable.
  • Intentional growth: We grow with purpose, protecting quality and culture along the way.
At CTS, your voice matters. We value people who are thoughtful, collaborative, and committed to doing what’s right — even when it’s hard. Whether you’re leading, supporting, or growing into your next role, you’ll find a team that believes in clarity, trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.

If you’re ready to step into a Clinical Director role where your expertise, leadership, and voice truly matter, and where you can help shape clinical direction while developing others, we’d love to hear from you.

Creative Therapy Solution (CTS) is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and own the quality, consistency, and ethical delivery of ABA services across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to step into senior clinical leadership—someone who enjoys mentoring clinicians, building strong clinical systems, and partnering with operations to create sustainable, high-quality care for clients and families.

About the Role
The Clinical Director is a key member of CTS’s leadership team and serves as the owner of clinical excellence. This role has real authority and influence, including setting clinical standards, guiding clinical decision-making, and developing future clinical leaders.
This is a leadership role—not a full caseload position—though occasional clinical support may be provided for coverage, training, or complex cases.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and oversee all clinical services across settings
  • Ensure ABA services are ethical, evidence-based, individualized, and neurodivergent-affirming
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and clinical leaders
  • Serve as the senior clinical resource for complex cases and ethical decision-making
  • Own clinical quality, consistency, and outcomes across programs
  • Monitor key clinical metrics, including outcomes, authorization utilization, supervision compliance, and efficiency
  • Partner with operations and executive leadership on staffing, scheduling, growth, and strategy
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development for clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
Who This Role Is For
  • A BCBA who enjoys leading and developing other clinicians
  • A systems-minded leader who values clarity, accountability, and quality
  • Someone comfortable balancing clinical excellence with operational realities
  • A clinician committed to ethical, neurodivergent-affirming care
  • A leader ready for ownership, accountability, and meaningful impact
Qualifications Required
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field
  • Active BCBA certification and state licensure (as applicable)
  • Meets BACB supervision requirements
  • 5+ years of clinical ABA experience
  • 3+ years supervising treatment programs for individuals with autism
Preferred
  • Prior clinical leadership or management experience
  • Experience with clinic-based and community-based ABA services
Schedule & Location
  • Full-Time, Monday–Friday (9:30 am-5:30 pm)
  • Limited Travel
  • Based in Scottsdale, AZ
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation
  • Paid holidays, PTO, and paid sick time
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k)
  • 401(k) matching
  • Work-provided laptop, phone, and iPad
  • Referral program
