Tri Pointe Assurance, the title and escrow affiliate of Tri Pointe Homes, is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group in Arizona as an Escrow Funder. This position will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona working a hybrid schedule (M-W in office/Th-Fri remote.

Position Summary:
The Escrow Funder provides support to the Escrow department by assisting with the disbursement duties of the file after the transaction has closed and funded. Disbursing files received through a centralized work queue within a multi-state organization. Maintaining open lines of communication within closing department and escrow branches regarding questions, follow up, and/or potential issues.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate daily closing list for multi-state builder division closings
- Audit disbursements of all closings for accuracy and regulatory State compliance
- Initiate potential needs list for files not meeting compliance
- Disbursement of all funds by following instructions provided on authorization of disbursement received the Escrow branch
- Initiate outgoing wires and checks to appropriate parties within the escrow transaction
- Daily, separate all checks with appropriate invoices and mail out the closing packages
- Upload all disbursement packages in the escrow system daily
- Process stop payments, check refunds, and HOA management check requests
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
Â
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Escrow, disbursing or funding preferred
Â
Skills:
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and title software applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of escrow practices, terminology, and documents
- Aptitude with numbers and reconciliations
Â
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary for extended periods, 4 or more hours per day
- Frequent repetitive hand use (typing/computer work)
- Auditory ability to communicate in person, on calls, or in meetings
- Visual acuity for reading documents and computer work
- Occasional standing and walking
- Some climbing, bending, or kneeling
- Minimal lifting and carrying (under 10 lbs)
