What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Providing superior customer service to customers.
• Managing chat and email conversations.
• Being available on call during holidays and weekends.
• Fielding troubleshooting questions over the phone, chat, or email regarding networking, hardware, software services, and reporting discrepancies.
• Assisting customers with general use questions about our software and additional services.
