Looking for a front office role where you can make a meaningful impact while being part of a supportive, collaborative team?

At True Precision Medical, we help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life through advanced outpatient vascular care. We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our Scottsdale clinic.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a fast-paced medical office, and takes pride in creating a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Previous surgery scheduling experience is strongly preferred, but we're also excited to meet experienced medical front office professionals who are eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and cared for while helping our clinic run efficiently.

Patient Care & Front Office

  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation
  • Collect co-pays and process patient payments
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions
  • Schedule follow-up appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate patient flow with the clinical team
  • Ensure patients understand their next steps before leaving the office

Scheduling & Care Coordination

  • Coordinate provider schedules and patient appointments
  • Assist with surgery and procedure scheduling (experience preferred)
  • Communicate appointment details and pre-procedure instructions
  • Help coordinate referrals, imaging, and follow-up appointments
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate schedule changes when needed

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Process VOBs and update patient information in the EMR
  • Manage appointment statuses and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor patient communication through phone, text, and electronic messaging
  • Perform end-of-day balancing and front office closing procedures
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, scheduling, billing, and leadership teams

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a medical office required
  • Surgery scheduling experience strongly preferred
  • Experience verifying insurance benefits and working with insurance plans preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an EMR (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Dependable, professional, and proactive
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
