We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Travel Specialist to join our Accounting team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What You’ll Do:

Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time.
Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the corporate travel program, online booking tool, travel and expense reporting platform, and corporate card programs.
Monitor travel and corporate card activity for policy compliance and communicate required corrective actions.
Audit restaurant payables for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
Process payment runs and assist with monthly close activities.
Respond to and resolve questions from internal customers and vendors.
Build positive, professional relationships with vendors and team members throughout the organization.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable, travel and expense, or corporate card administration; experience in a high-volume, multi-unit environment is preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Experience with travel platforms such as Amex GBT, Workday or similar systems is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
A collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated approach.
A commitment to accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Location:

This is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. Candidates must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
