We are seeking an experienced Full-Time AM Line Cook to help deliver an exceptional culinary experience for our members and guests. You’ll work alongside a highly experienced, well-traveled leadership team that’s committed to elevating service and cuisine to the next level. Based primarily in our main clubhouse kitchen, this role is perfect for a motivated culinary professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, creativity, and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card
• Minimum 2-5 years of kitchen experience at a luxury property or private country club required
• Grill and Sauté experience is required

Schedule

• Typical shift  is 6AM to 2PM
• Open availability is a plus (AM, Weekday, Weekend, Holidays except Christmas)
• Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) availability is required
