What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
  

• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
  

• Write accurate repair orders and coordinate repairs with technicians.
  

• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines.
  

• Manage a high volume of repair orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  

• Meet and exceed sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
