Position Summary
The Chief of Security Operations is responsible for overseeing all executive protection assignments and managing day-to-day security operations.
This role ensures that deployments are properly staffed, compliant, organized, and executed to the highest professional standards.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined leader with extensive experience in executive protection and a strong understanding of logistics, compliance, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

Oversee all active executive protection deployments

Coordinate agent scheduling and assignment logistics

Develop operational plans for residential and travel protection

Lead pre-mission briefings and post-mission reviews
-
Ensure proper documentation for every assignment
Personnel Leadership

Recruit, vet, and onboard contractors

Maintain a strong national roster of vetted agents
-
Evaluate performance and enforce standards
-
Remove agents who do not meet expectations
Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all deployments comply with state licensing requirements

Maintain clean operational records
-
Coordinate licensing and insurance compliance efforts

Monitor risk and escalate concerns when needed
Client Service

Act as the operational point of contact once clients are onboarded

Ensure smooth coverage for travel and events

Maintain professionalism in all communications
Qualifications

8+ years of executive protection experience

Prior leadership or supervisory experience

Experience managing multi-agent deployments

Strong logistics and planning skills

Familiarity with state security licensing requirements

Willingness to travel
