Join One of Arizona's Premier Specialty Contractors

Advanced GPR is a rapidly growing specialty contractor providing Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), utility locating, concrete scanning, concrete cutting, concrete coring, firestopping, excavation, leak detection, CCTV pipe inspection, and underground imaging services throughout Arizona and beyond. We are seeking an organized, proactive HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and office operations. This is a full-time office-based position in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What You'll Do

Manage recruiting through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews and hiring.

Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork.

Maintain personnel files and HR records.

Track training, certifications, and badges.

Assist with payroll preparation and timecards.

Review insurance certificates and subcontract compliance.

Support scheduling and office administration.



Requirements

3+ years of HR experience preferred.

Construction or skilled trades experience is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
