SUMMARY: Facilitates leasing activities to always ensure maximum occupancy and high renewal rates. Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and showings. Ensures paperwork of current and prospective clients is completed accurately.  This role must have a proven record of success in sales and/or leasing and deal-closing with a strong business acumen and understanding of what drives profitability. The individual will work independently in establishing and operating a successful business unit and strategize on growing the CUBExec brand to other locations. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

SALES

  • Persistently prospect, pitch, tour, and close on lease space to new and current clients to increase occupancy and facilitate ongoing business relationships
  • Manage and measure business results via clearly defined sales and operations metrics
  • Previous proven success in driving business results strongly preferred 

MARKETING

  • Network with prominent local groups and organizations to market the benefits of CUBExec and build ongoing relationships within the community
  • Collaborate with the Branding and Strategy teams to generate creative marketing ideas that resonate with our target clientele
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials throughout DFW and surrounding areas 

COORDINATION AND COLLABORATION

  • Create a welcoming first impression for all current and prospective clients and their guests
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for meeting rooms, service repairs, tenant events, and other items and activities
  • Support clients to maximize the potential of their CUBExec experience 

REQUIRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, business or finance degree strongly preferred
  • A current Real Estate Sales License or Broker’s License is preferred
  • Experience in Leasing industrial real estate 
  • Excellent internal and external customer service
  • Strong collaboration and coordination experience
  • Strong client relations
  • Proficient with Processes and Procedures
  • Exemplifying the Associate Behaviors on the WSR Cultural Ecosystem
