General Summary of Responsibilities: Uploading and downloading of digital files. Basic editing (for file manipulation). File transfer to server or hard drive. Organizing, labeling and management of digital files. Perform other duties as assigned.   Digital Associate Position Details: Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week Multiple shifts are available. Starting pay is $17/hour with eligibility to earn a pay increase every 90 days at the end of the Quarter. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.   QualificationsDigital Associate Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years knowledge of film & photo formats preferred Solid experience with different file structures Experience with basic editing skills Knowledge of how to work with digital files Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro is preferred Experienced in using file servers and understanding of file sharing concepts Solid experience with digital media and various file formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, DV, MPEG, etc.) Detail oriented Experience with MAC and/or PC computers Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Comfortable working within predetermined creative parameters Maintains quality and efficiency goals set by management Team Player Digital Associate Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
