Sonic Summary

info
  • Bad Birdie is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to manage marketing execution, vendor management, and product operations, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce.
  • The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce or marketing operations, preferably in a DTC brand, along with hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, Upfluence, and Impact.
  • Key responsibilities include setting up products in Shopify, managing affiliate and influencer programs, and providing weekly revenue reporting.
  • The position offers a salary of $60,000 to $70,000, along with benefits such as medical insurance, generous PTO, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Candidates should be highly organized, possess strong writing skills, and be comfortable liaising with external agencies and vendors.

About The Role

Bad Birdie is growing fast, and this role is the connective tissue that keeps the whole engine running. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing execution, vendor management, and product operations, with your hands on nearly every lever that drives revenue through our owned channels. One day you're in Impact sorting out an affiliate payout. The next you're sourcing influencers in Upfluence and getting seeding out the door. The day after that you're loading a new drop into Shopify, imagery, copy, and metafields all in place, and QA'ing it before it goes live. No two days look the same, and that's the point.

Role Details
Reports to: Head of Ecommerce
Location: Scottsdale, AZ HQ
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 3 to 6 months, success looks like:

  • Product launches in Shopify are tight. Imagery, copy, and metafields are all in place before anything goes live
  • The ecommerce and growth teams trust the execution layer so they can focus on strategy
  • Our affiliates and influencer partners all know who to go to and get answers fast
  • Affiliates and influencers are paid accurately and on time through Impact and Upfluence
  • Weekly reporting across affiliate and influencer channels lands with context, not just numbers

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Product Setup

  • Set up new products in Shopify for each launch, including imagery, descriptions, and metafields
  • QA new launches before they go live so nothing launches broken

Affiliate and Influencer Programs

  • Manage the affiliate marketing program including product seeding, discount codes, and tracking links
  • Manage Impact to make sure affiliate partners are paid accurately and on time
  • Use Upfluence to source, seed, and pay Instagram influencers
  • Keep a running view of what's working across partners and flag what isn't

Reporting

  • Pull weekly revenue reporting across affiliate, and influencer channels
  • Flag what's tracking ahead or behind expectations, and why

What You Bring

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce, marketing operations, or a similar coordinator role, ideally at a DTC brand
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Upfluence, and Impact (or comparable platforms)
  • Strong writing instincts. You can draft copy that has a voice, not just filler
  • Highly organized with real attention to detail. Nothing slips through the cracks when you're on it
  • Comfortable being the point person with outside agencies and vendors
  • Self-starter who operates without a lot of oversight and knows when to ask questions

Bonus Points

  • Interest in golf or familiarity with the golf and lifestyle apparel space
  • Basic design comfort in Figma or Photoshop for light asset requests
  • Experience running influencer seeding at a growing brand
