We’re looking for a passionate Head Pickleball Professional to join our thriving Racquet Sports team! Following the addition of four brand-new pickleball courts last season, our pickleball program continues to grow, making this an exciting opportunity to lead and further develop the program. This is a full-time, seasonal role running from September through May and a great opportunity to be part of one of the largest and most welcoming family clubs in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area, with a vibrant adult and junior racquets community.
The Head Pickleball Professional will organize and oversee all aspects of the pickleball program under the guidance of the Director of Racquet Sports, including scheduling, marketing, monthly events, communication with captains and players on interclub teams, teaching clinics and private lessons, and developing program curriculum. The Head Pickleball Professional will also support the Assistant Director of Tennis as needed with events, drills, and clinics across the Racquet Sports program. Additional responsibilities include assisting with merchandising in the Racquets Shop, maintaining the facility, and contributing to newsletter and social media content.
Qualifications:
- Certification with the RSPA is preferred; certification must be achieved within the first year of full-time employment
- Competitive pickleball player with a 4.5 or above rating
- Two to three years of teaching experience and/or pickleball supervisory experience
- Able to promote and teach private and group lessons to juniors and adults

Compensation is commensurate based on experience and credentials and will include a base hourly rate, benefits, a percentage of lessons and clinics, uniform allowance, and education allowance.
