Green Light is a growing healthcare technology company that helps health plans and healthcare providers resolve out-of-network medical claims fairly and efficiently.

We’re looking for a Healthcare Claims Specialist – Provider Negotiations to join our team. You’ll talk with healthcare providers by phone, review claims, negotiate reimbursement, and work toward claim resolution.

What You’ll Do

Talk with healthcare providers about medical claims and reimbursement.
Review claim details and negotiate resolutions.
Answer provider questions and explain reimbursement options.
Manage a high volume of claims and meet productivity and quality goals.
Document claim activity and outcomes accurately.
Work with internal teams to resolve claims.
Follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, billing, claims, collections, customer service, revenue cycle, or a similar role.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Confidence speaking with providers by phone throughout the day.
Good organization and attention to detail.
Comfort discussing financial and insurance information.
A professional, dependable, and solutions-focused approach.

Healthcare claims or negotiation experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
