This full-time telehealth position gives you space to focus on direct client care. In this LPC role, you will provide structured therapy, create realistic treatment goals, and support clients as they work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, coping skills, and practical counseling support. It is a strong fit for someone who communicates well, documents clearly, and values consistent client follow-through.

This position is ideal for a counselor who can combine active listening, clear treatment goals, and practical clinical support in every session.

Responsibilities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct telehealth counseling sessions from a private, professional remote workspace

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support clients with emotional concerns, coping strategies, symptom management, and practical next steps

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and problem-solving strategies

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare assessments, progress notes, and care plan updates

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Recognize when a higher level of care or outside referral may be appropriate

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clear clinical judgment

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Active Arizona LPC license in good standing

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Professional Counselor licensure

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
