We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Treasury and Banking Operations to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our cash position, banking infrastructure, and liquidity strategies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial stability, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining rigorous internal controls over our banking environment. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will collaborate closely with accounting and financial planning teams to ensure seamless integration between treasury activities, general ledger, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in treasury/banking operations, cash management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting to ensure sufficient working capital to meet operational needs.

● Execute daily treasury operations, including wire transfers, ACH movements, currency trades, and intercompany funding.

● Manage accounting and technical considerations for debt, interest rate swaps, and currency hedging.

● Monitor and manage company bank account balances; analyze fees and optimize bank structures.

● Support treasury integration work tied to company needs and mergers/acquisitions.

● Maintain corporate bank accounts, signature authorities, and digital banking access.

● Monitor and enforce internal controls to mitigate fraud and ensure the integrity of cash movements.

● Manage assigned period closing tasks, journal entries, cash flow reporting, and reconciliations in coordination with accounting and finance leadership.

● Gather and analyze financial data from internal teams for reporting purposes (e.g., flux analysis, cash forecasting).

● Support compliance with regulatory requirements and play an active role in the implementation of new accounting standards and initiatives.

● Prepare and coordinate supporting schedules, footnotes, and documentation for external financial audits and reviews.

● Aid the accounting team in day-to-day activities, special projects, and workflow process improvements.

● Support junior staff members, fostering an environment of professional development.

Education and Experience Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

● 8+ years of progressive accounting, treasury, or corporate finance experience, including at least 3 years leading treasury operations in a multi-site or global organization.

● Working knowledge of GAAP with a good appetite for technical research.

● Proficiency in financial reporting systems and software (e.g., EPICOR, Adaptive, Blackline).

● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Demonstrated leadership abilities, including project management skills.

● High level of integrity and commitment to upholding ethical standards.

● Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic organization.
