Job DetailsJob Location: Office - Scottsdale, AZ 85255Job Description: Marketing Manager      About Us  Openforce delivers industry-leading software and services that enable contracting companies and independent contractors (IC vendors) to grow faster, operate more efficiently, and reduce risk. In addition to compliance, insurance, and payment solutions, we offer a Small Business Marketplace where IC vendors (small business owners) can access tools, resources, and exclusive discounts on essential business expenses, helping them lower overhead and run stronger businesses.    Position Summary  We're looking for a sharp marketing manager to manage our digital media efforts with the goal of increased awareness and engagement amongst contracting companies who manage a 1099 workforce. This person will also manage our Marketplace program, a role that sits at the intersection of partner sales, program development, analytics, and IC vendor success.     Responsibilities  Digital Media Management  Build, launch, and manage campaigns across paid media channels (ex. Google, LinkedIn)  Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing to improve performance  Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and spend allocation to maximize ROI   Implement and maintain conversion tracking and ensure data accuracy   Manage inbound lead flow process from AI SDR tool, to HubSpot lead routing, to landing page CRO  Continuously test new strategies, creatives, and channels to scale performance  Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS)  Analyze results and report on campaign performance, provide comprehensive insights and optimization recommendations  Stay current on evolving digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and AI-driven tools to continuously improve performance and identify new growth opportunities  Marketplace Management   Prospect, negotiate, and close new, exclusive partner agreements  Reconcile monthly partner reports    Champion marketplace visibility across owned and earned channels  Collaborate with SAMs and Sales teams to weave marketplace into core value proposition for clients and prospects  Monitor engagement rates, develop insights, and make proper optimizations  Ensure marketplace UX is kept up to date with latest partners/offers  Manage 3rd-party experience provider to ensure high engagement   Manage rewards budget (giftcards and sweepstakes) to drive repeat visits  QualificationsSkills and Knowledge  5+ years owning digital media management   Experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns  Experience managing a website (HubSpot CMS a plus)    Experience building creative assets (Canva a plus)   Experience maintaining affiliate marketing relationships and/or loyalty programs  Self-starter who thrives with ownership and a lean, fast-moving team structure  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities  Strong collaboration skills    The Perks  Virtual, work from home with occasional office visits  Program ownership, ability to make your mark!   Continued training and career development  Full Benefits Package including Medical, dental, vision and 401k match  Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay     Job Type: Exempt, Full Time  Salary: Salaried    Travel: 10%    Our Culture: At Openforce, we're driven by passion, excellence, respect, accountability, and having fun.
