What You'll Do

As an important member of our clinical team, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every patient by:

• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
• Preparing patients for provider visits
• Reviewing medications and updating medical histories
• Assisting providers during clinic appointments
• Preparing charts and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
• Coordinating prescriptions, labs, imaging, and referrals
• Maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and inventory
• Supporting patients with education and follow-up instructions
• Working closely with providers and teammates to keep clinic running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
• Previous outpatient medical office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to outstanding patient care
• Surgery Scheduling experience preferred
