What You'll Do
As an important member of our clinical team, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every patient by:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
- Preparing patients for provider visits
- Reviewing medications and updating medical histories
- Assisting providers during clinic appointments
- Preparing charts and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinating prescriptions, labs, imaging, and referrals
- Maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and inventory
- Supporting patients with education and follow-up instructions
- Working closely with providers and teammates to keep clinic running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
- Previous outpatient medical office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to outstanding patient care
- Surgery Scheduling experience preferred
