Mark Mazda is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Associate to join our growing parts department. If you have dealership parts experience, enjoy providing outstanding customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

This position supports both retail and wholesale customers, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, knowledgeable, and committed to accuracy.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
Rotating Saturdays

What You'll Do

Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Identify and source the correct OEM parts for customer and technician needs
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization
Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts
Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

Qualifications

Automotive dealership parts experience is required
Experience with retail and wholesale parts sales preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalogs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
Experience with dealership management systems is a plus
