SUMMARY:

The Post Closing Analyst is an in-office (Scottsdale Corporate Office) position. The Post-Closing Analyst at V.I.P. Mortgage is a critical role responsible for working with the team ensuring the timely and accurate purchase of loans, which directly impacts the company's success and profitability.

This role involves working as a team, fostering a positive and goal-oriented work environment, working with manager on streamlining processes, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

Efficiently performing all daily activities, such as monitoring all investor pipelines, uploading investor pends to Encompass, working to clear the investor pends by obtaining required documentation, and uploading the information to the investors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Checking Investors websites twice daily and posting the pends in Encompass.
Maintain regular communication with the Underwriters, Loan Officers and Processors to ensure they are up to date and can fulfil outstanding tasks, escalating as required for and items not available in a timely fashion.
Work on Post Fund Deficiencies
Become familiar with new investors and Products, as well as staying up to date on current investors.
Foster a great relationship with our loan partners both internal and external to maintain V.I.P. Mortgage Inc. core values.
Complete requests and assignments as directed from the Post-Closing Manager and/or V.I.P. Sr. Management.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or general education degree is required.
Experience in mortgage closing or Post-Closing is preferred.
Strong communication skills, specifically with multiple Investors
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing and spreadsheets required.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as requested by Management. Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Reporting of potential or actual violations of such policies, and procedures to Supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard.
Reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally bending at the waist, climbing, kneeling, and stooping for installation of hardware and more.
Hearing and speaking to communicate and provide information to others.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
