The Program Manager ensures accurate settlement and reconciliation across off-campus and vending programs, maintains product and pricing master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and helps keep supply chain information flowing between the supply chain team and business leaders — all in service of a smooth, scalable, and client-focused operation.

- Owns documentation (knowledge base) for off-campus and vending programs and leads meetings with clients, merchants, vendors, and partners.
- Manages, evaluates, and continuously improves the online reporting portal and communication tools and strategy to ensure client satisfaction levels are met, and launches operations for new programs and partnerships as the portfolio expands.
Product & Pricing Operations
- Creates, maintains, and manages part numbers (item/product records) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across the campus commerce portfolio, ensuring accuracy and consistency of master data.
- Processes and validates price changes in D365, coordinating with business leaders so updates are entered accurately, on schedule, and reflected correctly across affected programs.
- Audits product and pricing records to maintain data integrity and resolves discrepancies as they arise.
Supply Chain Coordination
- Serves as a liaison to maintain a light level of supply chain information flow between the supply chain team and business leaders, ensuring relevant availability, fulfillment, and operational updates reach the right stakeholders.
- Supports cross-functional alignment between operations, supply chain, and business leadership to keep portfolio operations running smoothly.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Collects, organizes, and interprets transaction data to identify areas of opportunity in current and proposed programs.
- Proposes, develops, and implements data-driven enhancements to processes, policies, and product features, and completes audit and benchmarking projects.
