Job DetailsLevel: ManagementJob Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85260Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: Monday - Friday Day ShiftJob Category: Horticulture Job Summary                                                                                                                                                                                            Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to cover the Arizona Region, Covers from Tucson to Metro Phoenix,. This person will present, document, and maintain all safety standards, processes and incidents for their respective area. They will also coordinate safety training, distribute monthly safety topics, and conduct field or store training with staff.        Key Duties and Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                            Facilitate incident reporting process, including investigation and post-accident drug testing (as needed) Understand regulatory compliance experience such as OSHA, DOT, EPA, and the Department of Agriculture Review and analyze incident trending data – develop and provide training or other methods to avoid future incidents. Conduct site inspections and field audits. Coordinate any / all workplace posting requirements Provide safety training including but not limited to: tools and equipment, tractor and trucks, safe lifting, and other topics as assigned. Implement and provide ongoing support for safety training. Manage and enforce safety standards by developing a solid succession plan. Implement & audit new policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities                                                                                                                 Must have: Clean driving record 3 years’ Safety Training or equivalent education or certification Knowledge or experience with OSHA, DOT, EPA, or the Department of Agriculture Experience performing internal audits and follow-up Nice to have: Bilingual (highly preferred) Investigation: 2 years  Documentation and reporting: 2 years  Proficiency in Microsoft Office    Education                                                                                                                                                                                                   Four-year degree or related field (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience)      Physical requirements/Working Conditions                                                                                                                                     While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.
