With its innovative online video experience and fully automated personal home movies conversion service, iMemories is transforming the way consumers enjoy and share their home videos by making it simple, convenient, and fun to "digitize" old tapes/film reels, upload new digital video, and store it all online, in one private and secure online account -- where it can be instantly and conveniently enjoyed and shared through email, blogs, social networking sites, TV's, and mobile devices.  We recently became part of Ancestry and are proud to serve its mission to connect everyone to their past so they can discover, preserve and share their unique family stories. iMemories is the only Web destination where consumers can store, manage, and share the multi-generational "mix" of treasured family memories – videos, film, and photos, both old and new.    General Summary of Responsibilities: Safely operate shipping and warehouse equipment Stock supplies in various departments Ship outbound packages - upwards of 800+ per day Build and prep shipping boxes - upwards of 500+ per day Report any technical issues accordingly to necessary contacts Enter productivity numbers into the tracker daily Scan inbound packages into the system Uphold all safety protocols Identify unsafe situations and take immediate action while notifying management Help put away and organize supply deliveries Shipping Associate Position Details Full-time position Full benefit package Starting pay is $17/hour with eligibility to earn a pay increase every 90 days at the end of the Quarter. Overtime as required based on Managers' discretion. Ability to lift 50 lbs. without physical restrictions. Sense of urgency and comfort level to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication. Accurately follow verbal and written instructions. Detail oriented Positive attitude Must be okay to work independently. Must have reliable transportation. Knowledge of FedEx, UPS Worldship and USPS shipping methods Typing skill is +30 wpm   Shipping Associate Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required   Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
