OVERVIEW:
This role will be responsible for communicating changes to the customer’s digital experience. In this role you will help to create and articulate the value of the enhancements and changes we are making to our digital products. This includes documenting those changes through various forms of media, not limited to release notes, short form videos, and collaborating with marketing on formal customer communication. A successful candidate can help us build excitement about the enhancements to our products and help tell the story of “what’s new?”
Work closely with and be a part of our Digital Product team, helping to drive innovation for our customers. Our applications suite covers an extensive range of capabilities that our customers rely on a day-to-day basis and expect frequent new features.
As we are global company, there are times when there is a need to collaborate with colleagues in other time zones, so occasional meetings outside of typical working hours can occur.
