Position Summary
The Executive Director is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Blackline Guardian Fund.
This role oversees fundraising, donor relations, compliance, reporting, and overall organizational management.
The Executive Director does not manage security teams. This is an administrative, fundraising, and leadership role focused on nonprofit operations and public trust.
Key Responsibilities
Nonprofit Operations

Oversee daily management of the organization

Prepare reports for board review
Donor & Fundraising Oversight

Build and manage donor relationships

Oversee fundraising campaigns and strategy

Track donations and ensure proper allocation

Create donor communication updates and impact reports
Compliance & Governance

Maintain nonprofit compliance requirements

Coordinate required filings and documentation

Ensure transparency in financial reporting

Enforce conflict-of-interest and governance policies
Program Oversight

Track approved funding recipients

Monitor use-of-funds documentation

Maintain separation between nonprofit oversight and security operations
Public Trust & Communication

Qualifications

5+ years of nonprofit leadership experience (preferred)

Experience in fundraising and donor management
