Package Room Attendant, Part time

Our luxury mid-rise apartment community requires an experienced, professional Package Attendant to lead resident package reception and delivery services on a part-time basis (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). We’re looking for a Attendant who understands the value of excellent customer service and can provide resort-level service to all our residents. The successful person will report to the community’s property manager and work with the entire team to ensure prompt action to residents’ inquiries and swift communication to residents, shippers, and suppliers of any concerns. What You'll Do
  • Deliver parcels within established timeframes to our residents.
  • Manage the package holding areas which includes food service deliveries, private and USPS shipping, and laundry service.
  • Build strong relationships with our residents and communicate with them in a timely, professional manner to ensure you’re meeting their expectations.
  • Assist residents with other needs such as suggesting places to dine, recommending dog walking services, providing directions, making sure that their housekeeping or any other needs are met.
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outgoing and positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated teaming and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and expertly.
  • Proven success multitasking, great organization and prioritization skills.
  • Reliable and responsive with a strong work ethic.
  • Possess valid driver’s license.
  • Physical capacity to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs., including lifting and moving packages.
