Job DetailsJob Location: MSA Desert Village 9 - Scottsdale, AZ 85255Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00 HourlyMy Sister's Attic Located in Desert Village at Pinnacle Peak, North Scottsdale, Arizona is looking for a Part Time and Full Time Sales Associate Our Purpose We curate in-demand luxury apparel, accessories, and home goods, giving each piece a second life, with a legacy of expertise that customers and consignors trust. Position Summary the Sales Associate / Showroom Floor Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while actively supporting the merchandising and physical setup of the showroom floor. This is a dual role position combining consultative sales with hands-on furniture and home furnishings movement. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Greet and assist customers in a warm, knowledgeable manner Guide customers through the showroom and provide product information Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Support consignor intake and item tagging as needed Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and visual standards Showroom Floor & Merchandising Assist in the placement, relocation, and staging of furniture and home furnishings on the showroom floor Collaborate with team members on team lifts for large or heavy items Rearrange displays to reflect new inventory, seasonal changes, or sales directives Follow all safety protocols when moving merchandise Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed Must be able to lift and move up to 50-75 lbs. with team lift assistance Comfortable working in a dynamic, active retail environment Qualifications Prior retail or customer service experience preferred Interest in home furnishings, interior design, or luxury resale a plus Reliable, team-oriented, and energetic Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Must have reliable transportation; occasional travel to other Eco Chic Consignments locations may be required. Important Notes: PLUS: Hourly DOE: We offer competitive pay plus potential for commissions and bonuses for those that are eligible.
