We’re looking for a Construction Administrator / Project Coordinator who brings professionalism, energy, and strong follow-through to every project. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing operations, client communication, scheduling, and project support in a growing construction environment.
Project Coordination
- Build and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Track open items and help keep projects moving on schedule
- Support daily project operations and administrative workflows
Client Communication
- Provide professional and timely updates to clients
- Follow up on estimates, approvals, and project details
- Help create a smooth and positive client experience from start to finish
Administrative Support
- Manage estimates, invoices, deposits, and payments using QuickBooks
- Maintain organized digital project files and documentation
- Assist with payroll time sheets and operational tracking
- Support leadership with day-to-day coordination and reporting
