We’re looking for a Construction Administrator / Project Coordinator who brings professionalism, energy, and strong follow-through to every project. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing operations, client communication, scheduling, and project support in a growing construction environment.


Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Build and maintain project schedules and timelines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track open items and help keep projects moving on schedule
  • Support daily project operations and administrative workflows

Client Communication

  • Provide professional and timely updates to clients
  • Follow up on estimates, approvals, and project details
  • Help create a smooth and positive client experience from start to finish

Administrative Support

  • Manage estimates, invoices, deposits, and payments using QuickBooks
  • Maintain organized digital project files and documentation
  • Assist with payroll time sheets and operational tracking
  • Support leadership with day-to-day coordination and reporting

Requirements

✔ Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or office operations
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔ QuickBooks experience preferred
✔ Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
✔ Strong attention to detail and follow-through
