Position Summary The Construction Project Manager IV leads complex, high-value construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll manage scope, budget, and schedule while serving as the on-site leader ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery. What You’ll Do Lead large-scale construction projects end-to-end Develop project plans, milestones, and schedules Oversee field activities and resolve complex issues Review designs, submittals, and project costs Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and stakeholders Facilitate meetings and maintain strong communication Deliver projects on time and within budget   QualificationsWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of construction and building systems Expertise in scheduling, estimating, and project planning Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects Strong communication and coordination skills Experience with project management tools Why MIRACORP?
