  • Lead operations across multiple education centers
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and staffing
  • Drive performance, quality, and program growth
  • Coach and develop leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards
  • Build strong community and stakeholder partnerships

What You Bring:

  • Leadership experience in education, special education, or behavioral health
  • Experience managing multi-site programs and budgets
  • Strong background in team leadership, operations, and program development

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's Degree required 
  • Special Education Experience required
  • Displays a clear understanding of the industry and makes data-driven decisions to optimize and improve service delivery.
  • Experience in proposal writing, budget management, and contract compliance.
  • Experience in building and sustaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations and funders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Experience with expanding and cultivating thought leaders and using market intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Ability to navigate organizational change, lead change initiatives, and engage staff in the change process to promote buy-in, resilience, and adaptability in response to internal and external changes.
