What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure smooth service
Serve as the communication link between families and caregivers
Keep team members informed and supported
Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers
Provide occasional support to nearby Comfort Keepers offices Requirements – Please Read Carefully
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us long-term.
To be considered, you must meet all of the following:
Be 18 years of age or older
Have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle
Live within 10–20 miles of the Scranton office
Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience in staffing or scheduling is preferred, but we’re happy to train someone dependable and eager to learn
