Job DetailsJob Location: Scranton, PA 18503Salary Range: $21.63Community-based clinical position responsible for providing direct care to clients and families by implementing an evidenced- based program with fidelity.  Flexibility in delivering services in the community and at times when clients can be available is an integral component. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited, to: Maintain an assigned client caseload of 10-12, including service delivery, documentation, reporting and on-call support. Responsible for maintaining a case record in the EMR as well as submitting reports to OYFS and enter data into the Just Care Portal. Fully participate is an initial and ongoing trainings related to Just Care service delivery and record-keeping. Participate in all coaching and supervisory sessions with the trainer assigned from Just Care and with the direct supervisor. Responsible to provide updates and reports to referral sources on progress of referred clients. Maintain a supervisor-approved schedule that allows for client focused scheduling and on-call responsibilities within a 40- hour week. Responsible to adhere to all confidentiality regulations governing client treatment. Attend training regularly and complete all required training forms . Attend all staff meetings as scheduled and actively participate in initiatives designed to improve client care. Ensure that all records are up to date and accurate. Develop appropriate treatment plans for each client assigned. Participate with treatment planning, aftercare, discharge planning and aftercare efforts. Complete all information technology requirements for billing, reporting sources, etc. Attend community meetings as assigned. Provide educational programs on recovery and other aspects of Just Care treatment.  Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field and 1 year of clinical experience (a minimum of 1,820 hours) in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting. Previous work or training in treating individuals with substance use disorder.
