Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. If you are looking to grow your nursing career in a supportive, resident‑centered environment, we encourage you to apply.

As an LPN at Linwood, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality care, supervising Nursing Assistants, and working closely with the RN Supervisor to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by physicians
• Accurately transcribe and follow physician orders
• Order medications and supplies in accordance with facility policies
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
• Review and update care plans and resident profiles as needed
• Complete required documentation each shift per facility guidelines
• Participate in nursing report at shift change to ensure continuity of care
