Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Production Operator for our 3pm-11pm shift.

What You’ll Get:

  • Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

  • Extra $1.00/hour during 2nd shift hours

  • Weekly Pay – Get Paid Every Thursday!

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate or tend production equipment, and monitor the production process
  • Carry out basic quality and testing checks
  • Perform assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


Job Flexibility
Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.


The Skills You'll Need:

  • Work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime


What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Age 18+ with reliable transportation

  • Ability to train on another shift.
