Position Purpose:
Evaluates and formulates treatment plans, establishes rehabilitation goals with the patient, provides treatment to patients experiencing difficulties, injuries or diseases; educates patients' family members to assist the patient in achieving the maximal functional performance and enhancing the quality of life. Performs all duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Director.
Position Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Must hold a current license, or be eligible for licensure, issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Occupational Therapy.
Current CPR required
