We are looking for a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the HVAC trade, work hands-on with experienced installers, and build a long-term career in the home services industry.

What You’ll Do

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC equipment installations
• Support the install team with the tasks needed to properly and safely complete HVAC installations
• Help load, unload, organize, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential work areas
• Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and follow company safety standards
• Use ServiceTitan to assist with job documentation and daily workflow
• Help maintain company vehicles to company standards
• Communicate professionally with team members, homeowners, and office staff
• Follow directions from Lead Installers and managers
• Be available for weekend on-call rotation as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in learning the HVAC trade
• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs.
• Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Basic communication skills
• Basic safety knowledge and willingness to follow safety procedures
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• HVAC experience is a plus, but not required
