In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects. Your hands-on approach and proactive attitude will help ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare work sites by cleaning debris and organizing supplies, mainly in an outdoor mill environment Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues Help with site cleanup and waste removal (sawdust & wood fragments) to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with safety standards Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily objectives efficiently and on schedule Operate forklift Qualifications Prior experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn proper handling of tools and equipment Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team environment Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and practices is advantageous Must haves: Physical stamina and dexterity Reliable transportation Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments. Ability to follow directions from a supervisor. Ability to demonstrate professionalism. Questions?
