THIS IS INTERMEDIATE LEVEL POSITION:  (Pay dependent upon skills and experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced field supervisor that specializes in repairs in both residential and commercial structures following disaster damages of water and fire.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work independently and with a team on production tasks.
  • Work with wood and other building materials to build, repair, and restore structures and components in residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform framing, drywall installation and finishing, trim work, cabinetry, flooring, siding, and general carpentry repairs.
  • Select and source appropriate materials based on project scope and specifications.
  • Install fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, closures, and finish hardware.
  • Produce assigned jobs according to the instructions of the Project Manager and Department Manager.
  • Maintain safety and organization on customer job sites at all times.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience through professional communication and conduct.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other construction professionals as needed.
  • Report material and supply needs to management in a timely manner.
  • Complete required job site documentation including photos and detailed job notes.
  • Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition.
  • Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
  • Assist with warehouse maintenance and organization.
  • Respond to and participate in company training initiatives and safety meetings.
  • Serve in the on-call rotation as scheduled.
  • Assist other departments as operational needs require.
  • Provide field supervision when assigned, including task delegation and oversight of laborers or junior technicians.
  • Ensure crew adherence to safety policies and company procedures.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure work meets company and industry standards.
  • Communicate job progress and updates to Project Manager and Department Manager.
  • Mentor and assist in the development of junior team members.
  • Attend company meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as requested by management.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Utilize customer service skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
  • Maintain a professional/clean appearance. 
  • Must have years of construction experience to include but not limited to framing, carpentry, rough-ins, mechanical, and finishes.
  • Must be willing and able to work in hazardous conditions
  • Strong work ethic and integrity. 
  • Valid drivers license 
  • Must pass a criminal background check to company standards
