Wild Game Processing Team Player Mission
To aid in accomplishing our mission, to provide complete customer satisfaction, the Wild Game Processing Team Player shall produce wild game products while working as a team player to accomplish the ultimate goal.
Essential Functions
¦ Handle raw wild game meat including deboning, grinding and stuffing.
¦ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards as determined by the USDA.
¦ Follow instructions, including recipe printouts and grinding tags.
¦ Assist in the packaging of products using a vacuum sealer or bulk methods, including attention to detail with orders being pushed through.
¦ Help with custom processing orders in the off-season
¦ Have the knowledge to use equipment in the room including grinders, saws, stuffers, etc.
¦ Assist the Customer Service Representative with managing freezers and coolers, including pulling/receiving orders.
¦ Other jobs/tasks as determined by the Wild Game Supervisors/Team Leader.
Qualifications
Education, Knowledge and Experience
¦ Must be 18+ years old
¦ Knowledge of wild game processing (previous experience a plus).
¦ Basic knowledge of handling knives, scissors, and other equipment in the room.
¦ Proficient in oral communication with management
¦ Bilingual/english preferred
Physical and Other Requirements
¦ Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds.
¦ Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side-to-side for an extended period of time.
¦ As dictated by business and need, must be able to work extended hours and a varying work schedule.
¦ Must be able to function in a high stress environment and have the ability to maintain composure when handling products within the wild game room.
