Summary:
This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO.
- Acts as the point of contact among management, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for CEO.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of CEO, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by CEO.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
